Our life is so busy that sometimes it is hard to remember when something happen. Maybe a night out with friends or a special moment with your wife just gets jumbled together with everything else. New Year!

Why does it take January 1st of the New Year for people to try and take better care of them selves? Every morning you wake up is a new day for you to try something new or something old that you have been wanting to do again. Why waste your life waiting for the first of the year when you can improve yourself today. We all have an excuse why we don't but it just comes down to being lazy and putting things off.
