Sore!

<p>Just a couple days in and i am really sore! It is amazing what 12lb medicine ball can do to your body with just a few min a day. Yesterday I had added a power band for 10min during my lunch to get the blood pumping to my biceps and shoulders. The small things i am doing needs to be mobile in my busy life because well it seems I am always not home.
 
So far weight is 262 and counting down.

The medicine ball!

Well last night started the medicine ball stretch, pull and lift. Bends and squats make you sore the next day that much I know. Last year I found this Everlast ball with 2 handles for multiple use, it works great. After speaking with a friend of mine Robert I was more motivated than ever. This need this to become a habbit is all I know.

Daily grind

Well the weekend kicked my ass, taco truck and Sunday Funday are really hard to give up. The treadmill tonight and hopefully every day from now on. Eating right is probably the hardest part about loosing weight.

Weight sometimes heavy sometimes light. In my case the norm is heavy! What do we see when we see ourselves in the mirror? Beauty? Sexy? Ugly? Blah? Everyone will see something different depending on there mood. Well my mood has changed and it is time I did something about it. In my case it all came down to the want to. 264lb today 7-20-2012 we will see if I really do have it in me to make this change.
