The medicine ball!

Well last night started the medicine ball stretch, pull and lift. Bends and squats make you sore the next day that much I know. Last year I found this Everlast ball with 2 handles for multiple use, it works great. After speaking with a friend of mine Robert I was more motivated than ever. This need this to become a habbit is all I know.
